For most questions you might have, whether regarding boiler ranges, technical difficulties or your experience, the Vaillant contact number for all general enquiries is 0345 602 2922. From there, you might be redirected to another department if your issue is very technical or requires urgent attention.
Vaillant contact line opening hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 3pm
Sunday: 8am - 12pm

Book a repair or service for your Vaillant boiler
Repair bookings if your boiler is in guarantee
If your boiler is under guarantee, the Vaillant contact number to dial is 0330 100 3150. You will need to have your Vaillant boiler serial number at hand to complete the process. The boiler’s serial number can usually be found on the panel on the front of the boiler. If you can’t find your serial number or would like to check whether your boiler is still in guarantee, call the customer support line and they will be able to provide you with such information.
Repair bookings if your boiler is out of guarantee
If your Vaillant guarantee has expired and you need a repair, you'll have a choice of one of these two options:
- One-off fixed-price boiler repair. Click here to book a one-off repair. You will be able to choose a time slot and get a discount when applying online. Please note that the prices start at £285.
- Sign up for Vaillant Repair and Care support plan, which will provide a one-off repair (where repairable) and then ongoing maintenance, boiler checks and support for your boiler and controls. First, follow this link to book an initial appointment. From there, you will be transferred to another site to pay for the plan. The price is £51.98 a month for 6 months totalling £311.88 (inc. VAT) and you will pay by Direct Debit.

Things don’t always run smoothly: if you feel that a Vaillant product or service hasn't been up to your expectations and you would like to submit an official complaint, you can do this by filling in a complaint form below.

All complaints are carefully investigated by one of the Managing Directors’ support team. Although you will be provided with regular updates about the status of your complaint, Vaillant does not specify a timeframe within which you will hear back from them.

Register your boiler for Guarantee
Your Vaillant Guarantee entitles you to free help from Vaillant Service Engineers should anything go wrong with your boiler. Usually, registering your guarantee is your installer’s job; however, if you need to register your new Vaillant boiler yourself, click below:
Register your boiler for Guarantee
You will need to enter your 28-digit serial number (which can be found on the front of the control panel of the boiler), date of installation and your home address. Make sure you register your Vaillant boiler for warranty within a month of the installation date.
To keep the boiler under guarantee, please ensure that it is serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer annually.
